Assessment will be conducted by a Committee that will comprise the following members:​​

• The donor and/or his delegate(s)​

• University Libraries representative(s)​

• CEDARS Representative(s)​

• Faculty of Arts / Department of Music/Cultural Management Office Representative(s)​

• Student representative(s)
